Jillian was diagnosed with Stage 4 B Hodgkin's Lymphoma at just 16 years old. Despite the diagnosis, Jillian kept an incredibly positive attitude - "I just have cancer, I'm not dying." Jillian's resilience and strength became a huge inspiration to Megan. Megan was so thankful for all the charities supporting them during the battle. These organization's helped them with struggles one of them being transportation. Knowing it was a common struggle with patients and their families -  Megan felt compelled to bring Dream Rydes to The Carolinas.
